i have the problem: i believe we would have to go trough the construction site (scaffolding/labyrinth) but i cant figure it out

i know how to get in there :
you pull the lift
you let it go = it comes back down
run in to the lift reverse time - this makes the lift go back up
and you exit the lift on the 1st floor

there is i later i can climb,
there is where I'm stuck

If you are speaking of the zepplin level, just keep looking for a open area where you can jump down (at the end of one of the planks) It may appear to be exactly where you came from, but it is the way to go.
