Ok I'm grade 2 gunnery sargent and my highest skill is 25 so shouldn't i get skipped to captain or something?.Cause on bungie.net it says i have to get 150 exp or highest skill 10 but mines 25 so anybody no?

Gunnery Sergeant Grade I (50 EXP) then Gunnery Sergeant Grade II (60 EXP) both regardless of skill level.
Once you reach 70 EXP with a minimum of 10 skill then you get upgraded to Lieutenant.
Go to your service record on bungie.net. Then career stats. Then ratings history.
