Dragon Dance Gyarados can take out the second and third members, Dialga/ Palkia against the fourth, against the first and last depends on what else you have.

or just blitzkrieg your way to the top like the majority of trainers do
level your starter up to the 70s and use it the whole way--- no strategy, and its really hard to blow it

just plow through them with a high level legondary(or use a friends pokemon if ur that desperaite)

i have beaten the elite four 67 times i used basicaly the same way each time you need a water pokemon,ground,flying and a grass for sure then your game pokemon for pearl or diamond and the last 1 can be your choice but level 67+ is really needed to beat it easy and have bout 30 res potions and 60 full restores and PP restore maybe 5 or 6 of them then you should be good
