harcane grove in between where it says green road and niben bay, correction: surrounded by minataurs and if you attack any of the minataurs or even have your weapon out when you approach it, it will attack you and you cant ride it
plus gaurds will attack it on sight because it is technically a creature

Probably the worst mount in the game. If you draw your weapon near it or are waring any steel it insantly attacks you. All its good for is kill it and using the horn in one of the dadric quests...

not really just make sure to kill anything near by because the minataurs get annoying
