Hello guys,can i choose character in any chapter when i finished 100%?Please help me,i want to use in free roam(not in a mission)

I tried the same thing.Unfortunately no you can't choose any character in the free roam.I've completed the game 100%.But you can be the other characters in the free roam when you enter bonus mission.

yeah it's ture i have it for ps2 and it doesn't work that way
