u have to surf there, and use waterfall. look on the map, its the island city waaay over in the lower right-hand corner. check the map every now and then when ur surfing, so that u dont end up at like pacifidlodge or something.

Go as far right as you can from Mossdeep or Sotoplosis ( the undersea town) and go down
