Between Meteor Falls and the town where that Meteorite Scientist lives, there is a house that belongs to a fossil maniac, and if you go right to the back of the cave inside the house, there is a dude who will give you Dig

the regi's are hard to get and not worth it IMO, but if you want to complete your pokedex then they're essential

Yea they can be real nuts to catch, oh well

and maybe I know heaps about pokemon, but I'd trade that knowledge for working out how to easily make a lot of money
