Sadly, none of the nintendo events have come stateside yet, so you'll either have to go to japan and check when they are having the events, or you can buy an action replay and get the events that way

to go on wi-fi, first you need to have a computer which is wi-fi accessible, buy a nintendo usb connector, then either make your own wireless hot spot, or go to a place which has free wi-fi to connect

(there are many other ways, this is just the way I use)

yay! finally... i have every legendary! (i 4got how to change deoxys form) now i have all four!

or if u have wireless internet in your house go to "manage wifi settings" (something like that) on the starting menu and itll show your connection options.

go to velistone city and talk to the rocks
deoxys will change form
make sure deoxys is in ur party

yep, at the title screen, it will have an option called "nintendo WFC settings" and from there you can create a connection from either your usb or directly from your wireless internet
