where do i get HM dive in pokemon emerald? i battle every member of Team Magma at the space center, but they are still there. i talked to Steve but he wouldn't give me HM dive. Help me, please!!!!!!!

try going on google or something and searching for "pokemon emerald (location of hm dive)". hope it helps!

In the space center you battle your way to Steven, and you should get into a two on two with Maxie and the Magma Admin, but if this doesn't happen, then theres something you haven't done before hand. Have you been to Mt. Chimney and found their secret base and gone in and beaten them all there?
