It's impossible to get to other regions, if you do, it'll mess up your game.

yeah you can go to other regions but you need poke event and your game crashes when talk to some one or move in that other region so really it's just a mess up in the game?

Well that sucks! Luckily I found my Pokemon Diamond the other day & I got Lugia, Mew,& I think thats it.
