What does the skull give you and is it armor(if it's a helmet than I know of wich are you talking about.

the skull is a staff that when cast on people, it causes them to attack anyone they see for about 30 secs or so

you get it from the quest with the daedric god that worshippers say you have to be less nice, you need a low personality for it
