1)have a pc box with the Pokemon you want to clone in it, and at least 1 free space.
2)go to "move pokemon" then go to the menu for the pokemon(were it has move, summary, etc)and hold start and select when you select "move"
3)switch to the box before that one, and press L and R while it is heading there
4)go to the first box you were at, and the Pokemon you cloned will be there and in your hand.
