    oh my holy god it is a shiny lvl 100 pokemon modifier cheat u choose what pokemon(s) you get 493 heart scales will pop up in ur first item slot so to get like mew the pokdex number is 151 so discard as many scales as it takes to get to 151 so itd be 493-342= mew and so on so there

    either check your pokedex and search for the pokemon, or go to serebii.net and look it up in their pokedex

    go to the bottom floor of any pokemon center and get the pal pad. then use it and it will have 3 options. My friends, register friend, and my friend code. to register, just select the 2nd option and go through the.... like two steps and to get your own code, you have to go online at least once (like at the gts or battle tower)
