STREET RACE-you need to be aware of all shortcuts in this race for darius does not really screw up, any type of class will do for this race as long as it is a tier 3. Personally i would say muscle because of the acceleration off corners because there are quite a few in this race. Get a perfect start and always be aware of where darius is because if he gets past you there is not much of a chance to catch up. Stay on a constant block mode while racing the best you can, if needed use nitrous off corners to get the extra boost of speed. For tuners focus on the handling aspect and you will have to do more blocking than usual seeing that tuners in this game are not known for acceleration and top speed. Exotics is an all around awesome choice, good top speed, handling is average on some cars and the acceleration is better than most. When you beat him the canyon will be next.
CANYON RACE-If you have a Corvette ZO6 or a Viper SRT-10 take the chance and dive to inside on the first corner and try to take the 10 second win. Make sure you do not hit any walls because then your chances are pretty much over from the start seeing darius has his 4WD Audi. If you can stay on his tale and match every move that he makes because it will help you out immensely. For exotics top speed is not a factor just acceleration and handling. If you have a lambo murceilago then take advantage of the big body of the car and make him stay behind you. Saty in as straight of a line as possible like in the miny zig-zags because you can keep the speed up. Do not oversteer the car or you will lose time and speed off the corner which is very valuable because all canyons are is corners.

ohh cozz i thought that BB has alredy got the point..anywayzz his just too fast, i'll give it a shot...
street U must be taking every single shortcut in order to beat Darius on a street race because it will give u an advantage to take the lead and pass Darius with ease, possibly any tuner would be suitable for this type of race as it will be handy with tight turns...if u dont take any shortcuts, then it'll almost be impossible to catch up wit Darius. Make sure u tune up ur car fully. I would also strongly reccomend for u to use Exotics, this section will whip Darius' ass...it is packed with great handling, great acceleration, great speed...
canyon This is obviously tougher than the previous race, the canyon duel. I would use Exotics or tuners becuase they both can handle the pressure. So y choose a tuner? Tuners have superior handling and can definitly handle tight turns and thats y it is suitable for a cnyon as it contains turning in different sections. Y choose a Exotic? An Exotic is the best choice, becuase it is an all-rounder with a high speed,acceleration and handling, u will need that speed to catch up wit darius, u will need that acceleration for a great start, and handling for tight turns.
