Where do you get Celebi at?Iv tried for two years and still dont know!Please help!

guys guys.....it's very simple
u cant get celibe without cheat i get by using Gameshark codes
but u know what idont find that pokemon that spciel
but it's daam rare

it's rare but not that rare. i have seen it about 25 times the first game i played on pokemon sapphire. but i can't catch it. that is my problem.
