Im stuck at the brain scorcher part where you have to deactivate the machine. I turned off the machine and then i found Ghost and after that it said get out through a secret tunnel. but i cant get out. HELP PLEASE

When you kill that Controller, take all the stuff you need from Ghost, go to the console and turn right. There will be a hole in ground that leads to the tunnels.
