plz help, i need some REAL cheats, one that work, plz?

In chapter 2, when you get Tartan(the big talking plant)mix a seed with an Upseed(these are flowers, if you don't know!), a Happylamp, and a Gemsoil. After you mix the seed with all of the flowers, one at a time, press start, highlight the new seed that you made, and press the "Help" button. The seed should be S and it should grow in any soil and season. Hope I helped.

The best potential cheat for this game is getting a seed maker (befriend daryl the scientist or buy for 6000g in ch.2) and a tree of any kind, harvest the fruit from the trees (lowest i've gotten was 9 from a tree, best was 40) then put the fruit in the seed maker, 1 fruit will equal the price of the tree when sold to van, each fruit makes 2 seeds, the seed sells for half of what vesta, celia, or marlin would sell it for.
