I've just beaten Doctor Cid for the first time and was wondering what my level should be (approximately), I have all my characters at level 35 at the moment (32 - 33 when I beat Cid).

as soon as you get to the next area after dr cid you will level up a lot and fast, especially if you spend just a few extra minutes wandering around and fighting.

you will find out who dr cid is once you get to the phon cost. Telling you would spoil to much of the story

I just beat Dr. Cid, 2 days ago, and all my characters, were level 42 at that point.
