far out, somethings wrong there.
take off the item and raise it a level and see, though i dont think thats the problem since i evolved mine while it was holding a hard stone
if that doesnt work then try trading it and see if it'll evolve for someone else
if none of that works then just go catch its evolution on victory road

To complete my Pokedex, I must raise the worst of all Pokemon.
This means using the exp share.
So my Pokemon ALLWAYS evolve whenever holding an item (unless its an everstone).
Just when It's evolving....
