how do i get through firey field and what floor can i find a cindequil on and how do i get groudon kyogre and rayqauzas friend areas

You get Grodons friend area by befriending him. It happends the same way as absol and Moltrese. Kyogres friend area is obtained the same way as groudons. You get rayquasa's friend area like groudon's and bring water and ground pokemon for firey fields.
