How to obtain tier 3 cars

I have reached the stacked deck level and i can't win anything because i don't have any tier 3 cars. How do i unlock them? Thanx

go find a race that has an unlock for a car, and also beat the territories to unlock more cars like the ZO6 and the viper or something

You need to unlock a car first. And its not that hard to beat a race with a fully tuned tier 2. Do the checkpoint races first - theyre easy and there are no opponents. Then try a sprint - short, fast, intense and good fun. You should be able to crack it.
