Fair enough - thats your opinion. I think it aint stupid cos im all for breaking or proving a record. And i proved it. It actually works! New top speed - Ford GT: 545 km/h

And i figured out the tuning:

Engine - Full horsepower
Transmission - Full Top Speed
Suspension - Even
NOS - Full Velocity
Tires - Grip
Brakes - Even
Turbo - High RPM

Try it out. You may recognize the track from the video. Its in Kempton btw and i still dont kno the name of the track.
