Not as of yet,but pokemon diamond/pearl for the ds will you give you that ability.you'll need the specail wireless adparter for your computer to trade on-line.Also you want to have a better internet service then dial-up.broad-band,wireless,or dsl would be the best for on-line trading.

Nope. You are able to trade Pokemon through the Cable. You have to buy the cable at the nearest game store.
