If your refering to the hookshot, you must go to the graveyard and go to the grave with flowers (far left, not the one in front of you) and open it. Then jump inside and race the grave keepers ghost. If you get a good enough time, you will recieve the hookshot as a prize. Also, if you race him a second time and get an extremlly good time (get to the last room no more than a second after him) you will recieve a heart piece if I remember right, or it might be something else but none the less its worth the effort .
