why are you using an impreza in the first place? 4wd? Drifting? Not a great combo. I said that Imprezas refuse to fishtail, so dont use them. Not for drifting anyways.

im not on bout drifting, im on bot racing! but you sed that it made your car more nimble and handle better, so i wondered if i shold do it to make my impreza better for RACING

well, then yes. What you said earlier is what i would do. But note, this threads about drifting, not racing.

no probs. Set your suspension on a soft setting, and tow out the tires by 20 degrees. This helps for extra grip and helps put the power to the road. It works.

and how do you "tow the tyres out" ?

I think you need the fully adjustible racing suspension for this.

Go into suspension settings under the options menu on the pre-race screen. You should find an option of "rear camber angle" or summat. This is the tow, and obviously the higher the number you set the bigger the tow angle.

You can also do this for the front, but i do not advise it as it is more likely to provoke understeer (when the car breaks wide of a turn) rather than the desired oversteer (drifting). I recommend that for rallying though - gives you better control.
