Concerning the shield refresh rate...

I was wondering, it says this in many of the unit files:
"Shield_Refresh_Rate" 90 "/Shield_Refresh_Rate"
I'm trying to figure out, if the amount is larger does the shield regenerate faster or slower?

Also, I've noticed that when I try to give a unit such as Boba Fett (the land version) shields, the shields don't seem to work! Do I need to change the armor from Armor_Hero to say Star destroyer armor?

I'm trying to make a super heroes mod, with the empire heroes [nearly] invincible.

After I've worked out all possible bugs, I'll try to make one for the rebel heroes, then one for all of them combined for a sort of clash of the titans type fighting thing.

EDIT: Nevermind about trying to figure out how to activate the shields, I figured it out myself. Simply add SHIELDED to the behaviors list and they have shields. make sure to put a comma in to separate it from another ability as well as a space.
