i found one but the first time i killed it, then i restarted my game, the next time he killed me, i wasted all of my balls and couldnt catch him i was using every one i had, luxurey, preimer (SP?) ultra and at the end poke balls. HOW CAN I CATCH HIM????? i used the hint hold A,B and rotate pad. But what can i do to capture him???

Weaken it to really low hp, and give it paralyse..remember, bring heaps of all balls (you could get 99 of each, but that would be a waste, and you don't need master ball, it would be a waste as well...) and potions, and revives etc.
If you are accidently killing it, use something that is unaffective on it..you will not kill it...if it kills you...bad luck, try again...

You could also use some magazine which is not available anymore ( that is pointless though, as I said, it is not available anymore )

i paralized it, got itsa health down to about like ten, but i still couldnt catch it. It was even harder than before..... what else can i do. Even my brother said there was something wrong with it.

It takes a while....take a timer ball, and use it as you LAST BALL....It will work really well...
But, if that doesn't work, it is luck...certain people are better at catching certain pokemon for some reason...
