No, these two aren't KH3 trailers - Nomura is too busy with FFXIII Versus and other project to work on a third installment of KH. He has said it himself.

Theres a new game coming out for kingdom hearts, its called kingdom hearts, final mix. Its coming out march 23 ior 25th i think, but only japanese version.
