I got this trainer from a friend, and it's working nicely but, it crashes the game from time to time

What do you mean by posting values?
Type the amount of money you have, in the search window under title 'value'. It is better to select custom in 'type' title and select 4byte option, in order to reduce the time of search.
And remember to converge pointers to the address of modified value as address changes when the game is restarted.
