You must can flow first.When you are at the shop of the bear by the Wizardmountain you must go diaogonaly up left and you wil be on a beach.Go on the rock,flow and pay the 2 Relics for it.If you wanna know how you defeat him go to this page. www.cheathappens.com/show_board2.asp?headID=33693&titleID=11529
