he is in the cave on dewford. you have to use rock smash on the rocks until you find him. it took me forever to find him

If you want to find deoxys you have to get to mariage island. To get to mariage island you have to have a surten pokemon. these randomly apper and look just like a regular pokemon. to see if you have on of these pokemon go to the lowest house in pacifidlog town and talk to the old man

no in firered.and you get him at mirage island?I thought you get him when the space place gets to flight 56 or higher.100 though you get jirachi.
