that isn't the answer!! you guys didnt make the deadline!!! the answer was that you cant get him in ruby or sapphire but you can on emerald by going to birth island

ok, i'll give u a hint and a few more days. hint: IT IS DIFFERENT IN EVERY GAME AND YES IT DOES MATTER WHICH GAME IT ISN'T JUST IN ATTACK AND DEFENSE FORM! oh, and since i am giving u extra time, u also have to answer what mode he is in in firered
