Hi, i got the game a few days ago, and i need some help on getting CUT. i beat the gym and she said i can use it but that i need to get it first. where do i find it??? HELP!!!!!

Once you get to Vermillion City, you can board the S.S. Anne and find the Captain, he'll give you the HM for CUT
