all you have to do is to make ur sim a vampire is to hang out with one at noght and become really good friends with them and they will turn you into a vamp.

seriously! i do it all the time! is just doesnt show in their memory that they turned into a vampire... and sometimes the cheat to cure them doesnt work on my computer... BUT IT DOES WORK.
