You go left, grind the rail and then when it comes to the gap you do a boneless or boned ollie to get up onto the rails above you. Keep grinding along that and at the end junp and try go to the right and you will land on the roof.

in case you did not see them there is 2 more surfers to your bottom left corner it took me a while my first time but i got it
