do you mean completly? like from wanting a family to wanting to be wealthy? or just the individual ones (have a baby, eat mac and cheese, ect.?) cuz if it's the individual ones, just fulfill one and some will change, or jsut go to bed, usually the sim wakes up with all new aspirations; if you mean completley, type intot he cheat box boolprop testingcheatsenabled true (with spaces), then hold down the shift key and click on the sim whose aspiration you want to change, one of the options will be "set aspiration" this will turn into a pie chart with options of changing your aspiration level (negative, silver, gold, ect.) click "more" and the next pie chart-thingy will have aspiration changes, hope I helped

Actually I meant is there a way to stop their needs, like being hungry or tired, or make it so they are always happy...I know there is the boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true and then click on the mailbox and click make all happy...but i just wanna know if there is another way, cause with the mailbox i always have to click it, and also when they go out that cheat doesnt work...so if anyone knows of another way to keep there sims needs in the green permenatly let me kno...thanks

Easy one here. Go into the household where you want to be able to have maximum needs. Then save it, go into neighbourhood and enter the cheat:
    - Boolprop Testingcheatsenabled True

Go back into the household and if you did it correctly you should be able to drag up your sims needs so you dont have to fufill them. You can also drag them down, and do the same thing with relationships.

If that doesnt work, make sure you have the latest patch installed of the official Sims 2 website.
