I need a bulbasaur and a kobutops to have all 150 pokemon help me

I have about 3 bulbasaur and I dont need this much I dont have a Kabutops though. I need a Kabutops as well.

just get a kabuto and train it to lvl 40

I am new to this pokemon thing but have a 9 year old who is really good at it, so I decided to learn about it..I am playing leaf green and have all 8 badges and have gotten to Indigo plateau to fight the elite four..the lady at the door keeps telling me that Lorelei is not here so the Pokemon league is closed. I have done the walk through from beginning to end twice and can not figure this out ..PLEASE HELP!!!!!as far as I know I have done everything and have fought everyone..

well...i havent played yellow fin a long time!!...but im pretty sure u get charmander right after u leave mt. moon...and bulbasaur i havent the slightest....but i know they have walkthru's on the net here....
