if you go into the end of the safari zone, you find the warden's teeth, and (in Fuschia) you go to his house which on the very right of the town next to the another house. give him the teeth and he'll give you the HM.

were do you find the guy who shows you how to catch a pokmeon i heard that when you talk to him and fly to the island that is south and surf you get a lot of frare candies if in the right place in pack.
p.s. thanks for the awnser for my other question i had just won the gym leaer with a lv 48 charizard

He's in Viridian City, at the top by the tree you can Cut. But i've never heard about that rare candies thing.

that was dumb chuy_jr. oh, and the rare candy thing sallyshead is if you put a rare candy sixth in your item slot and do the missingno code. i put the missingno code up earlier on this board, like on page 12 or 13. to open the gym on cinnabar, you have to go through the mansion on cinnabar and get the key to the gym at the end. oh, and remember that THE MISSINGNO CHEAT IS ONLY ON RED AND BLUE (AND GREEN, BUT THAT IS ONLY IN JAPAN)
