I found that secret cave with the braile writting and all, and even disiphered it. I still cant figure out how to open each of the pokemon's caves though. Can someone tell me how to get to Regice and friends lol?

well, when you get to the brail wall underwater, you dive up. then you go to the brail wall at the end of the tunnel-thing, then you use dig. when that part opens, you walk through to the end of that tunnel. then, it says something like "first wailord, last relicanth" or, it could be the other way around, im not sure. when you do that, then there should be a rumbling, and then your character says that something far away must have opened or something like that. then, you get out of the tunnels and fly to one of the regi's caves. for regice, you have to run around the wall without going away from it. for registeel, you go to the center of the room and use flash. for regirock, you go to the center of the brail wall, go left left down down, then use rock smash. its kinda confusing, but it'll work

So I take it that the second room that says something like "we sealed the pokemon away"..."We feared it"... has nothing extremely important to do with finding them?

Ok... I tried this over again, and that whole rumbling thing never happened. I cant get into those three caves that have Regice, Regirock, and Registeel in them... The rumbling thing never happened the first time I tried it either. I found the cave a long time ago and read all the stuff in braile, and that rumbling never happened. I wanna find these pokemon because they are the last legendaries that I need. Please Advise.

The braile says "First comes Relicanth. Last comes Wailmer." So you have to actually put those pokemon in those spots. If that doesn't work, then I have no freakin' idea.
