Where do I go to find the pokeflute to wake up Snorlax?

Top of the Ghost Tower in Lavender, you have to get the Silph Scope first from Celadon Game Corner by flicking the switch behind a poster a Rocket is guarding, then beat all the Rockets.

lol, I don't have one, but I can make one just now (for FireRed)
HM01 CUT -Umm, honestly, I've completely forgotten somehow, lol
HM02 FLY -Just before the Snorlax after Celedon, theres a tree you can cut down, go through there, through the bulding, and into the house and talk to the person in there
HM03 SURF -Find the secret house in the Safari Zone, go in and talk to the dude
HM04 STRENGTH -Find a set of Gold Teeth outside the Safari Zone secret house, and then take them to the warden in his house in Fushia
HM05 FLASH -Go through the Diglett Cave from Vermillion, then down past the first building, and into the second one where Professor Oaks Aide is waiting, and get it from him (if you have 15 Pokemon)

mz_gamer here what um who answered ur question forgot HM01cut: when u beat gary when u go to the captain he gives it to u. and rocksmash wich i totally forgot the hm number but to get rocksmash got island 1 surf up where u catch rapidash and pnyta go to the hot springs talk to an old man standing left in a corner he gives u rocksmash. to get waterfall go to island 4 to iceicallfalls (u can catch delibird and swinumb here, but first u must beat the elite for and become champ) surf and go to the entrance (i can't tell u wich ice pannels to brake and fall in it would get u confused so u will have to sure) k break some ice pannels and fall through all of em find the right one lid through the ice and u know that top place u can u can't get i think it is right bottom but that pokeball there it is waterfall.

You have to have the Sliph Scope then save Mr.Fuji and vist his house and he gives you the Pokeflute.
