Probably the mission when you need to race a lowrider car. Well, I think I can help. The Tahoma is counted to be a lowrider car too. Try using that car to race, it gives a bit of a better handling, nothing too good though... And also, don't rush. They're not going too fast anyway, so try to relax, and don't ram them when they are in groups, OK?
