thanks everyone for ur help just finished the game finally got the notes i missed some evidence in the lab that i hadnt done was something so simple.Will start my other csi games now

@ kassaj: If you don't know anything about a William Shakespeare picture, I doubt that you will be able to break open the head. Try doing something else first.

@ gameplaya1: You will need the four letters to find out what you should do with the roulette. To ask Troy and Denise for mail, you will have to get a warrant for their houses first and than examine the evidence you find there in the lab.
