Pokemon Emerald Discussion
Teach your Pokemon a move to handle its weakness.
Personally, I taught my Flygon Flamethrower, since Ice attacks do 4x damage (for you idiots, Flygon is Ground/Dragon).
Also, If you want to beat your friend's Kyogre or Groudon, get a Mewtwo and teach him Thunder and Solarbeam. (Again, for you idiots, Kyogre's Drizzle ability makes Thunder never miss and Groudon's Drought cuts Solarbeam's charging time to nothing)
Or, you can teach your Pokemon moves to beat itself. One of my Blazikens knows Earthquake and Aerial Ace.
lmao, flamethrower on flygon. the only reason a fire attack was ever used on flygon was to deal with skarm. fire blast over flamethrower any day just to dent metagross and skarm
ice types arent even used, youre better off with rock slide and EQ. Blaziken isnt meant to use novelty moves like aerial ace. Earthquake isnt even standard anymore. i never even saw the point of using blaziken outside of battle tower type challenges, if only because it would get those sexy +10 attack every level for a while by killing pure paras
My deoxys from FR is a bit disobedient, for some reason.
