well for each type of material there are Shards, stones, gems, and crystals here is and example for you..
twilight shard twilight stone
twilight gem ?????
dense shard dense stone
????? dense crystal
check the materials page and usually eac type is in a group of 4 shard being in upper left stone being in upper right gem being in lower left and crystal being in lower right.
therefore the first set of ????? is a twilight crystal
and the second is a dense gem
since each typ is in sets of 4 and each peice of each type is always in its own spot like crystal, gem ,etc. this way look at the ????? and you can tell what type it is and if its a shard, stone, gem crystal
