Dude... 10 is the maximum amount you can BUY and store in your safehouse 26 is the max you can get if you pinkslip ALL blacklist rivals and buy ten cars, this is without having to downlaod anything.

But remember if you sell the cars that you pinksliped then you wont be able to keep 26 cars in your safehouse, only 10 plus the amount of cars you have pinksliped and NOT sold.
