How do I use a trainer? I want to use some of them but i dont know how. Once you start using the Trainer is there any way you can turn it off and play the regular game?

don`t you think you want to much?! Anywho, do your work with the trainer. Finish the work. When you want to get back to normal to these things: -save game -close game -close trainer -open game -open save

No, I dont want to much, I just dont wanna mess may brand new game up that I spent 30 bucks on.
