all you do is hack into the penthouse between 6pm and 10 pm. any other time you go, you'll get caught.

I am having issues with defeating Optimum Alfed... I got my skillpoints, and when I go up there he says "What are you doing room? Dont you know how strict Strangetowns landlor laws are? Take THIS!" and he does the same when I am the rat person. Can someone respond?? Pleasee!@??
