Do u sometimes want that type of fence but u dont like the colour? well if u use my little guide, u can act as if the 'fence' is a wall by shrinking it for a deck which u can change the colour and add stuff onto it.
heres how to do it:

1: build a deck, and put a wall around the outside where u want the 'fence' to be.

2: select the 3rd foundation across in the foundation thing a put that down about 4 squares away from your deck. it doesn't really matter. then hold down SHIFT and draw another foundation on top of the other foundation. it should build it high up.

3: put a floortile on top of the high foundation. then, putanother one across from it so that the floortiles go towards the 'fence'. in other words, when you put down a floortile on a second story, it supports 2 more floortiles around it. put a floortile on the two tiles that get supported away from the foundation so that it goes towards your new fence.

4: keep going along until you reach the wall. you may have to lay down some collums so you can reach the wall.
you will realize that when the floortiles get near the wall, they will shrink to same size. just keep going along the walls and it will shrink to look like a fence.

5: u will also notice that when u go 2 shrink the wall that touches are normal height wall, the walls will get stuffed up. at the moment, i haven't found a solution to this so youre just gonig to have to put something there, like a staircase.

6: when your finished, u can change the paint of the fence, since it is actually a wall that has been shruken. u can also do this method of shrinking walls to create arches and stuff like that.

And there is just 1 more flaw. if u try to put windows on the fence, it will look strange because some of it is on the fence and the rest is in mid air. That's because we shrunk the top, but all the windows start at the bottom so tha move up to the top, pretending the rest of the wall is still there. If that doesn't make sense to u, don't worry, but to turn it into a totally different fence by adding windows, u have 2 shrink the bottom of it somehow. well, that's what im assuming anyway.

Wow, that's awesome. I haven't seen anything like half-walls anywhere! I tried it out and I think it's great! That's awesome stuff, and I bet you could do something even better!

Yeah, about that window thing. Do you know how to shrink the bottom of it? The fence, or wall, will look awesome with windows on it, then everybody will think it's a completely different thing.

And also, do you know a solution to being able to connect the shrunken walls to normal sized walls. That's just the biggest problem of this shrunken wall thing, but everything else is amazing!
