you've prob completed it already but you should do all races and get money to buy a new car and then just countinue to try him out.

I also had that problem just on that special person, now im pretty stuck at 6 :/ ming is hard with her car.

the trick is to get the number 1 car well 2 1 for racing and 1 for cops get them both max performance and kick sue butt

well if ur good enough u could also just stick with one car and save money, that's what i do

thats what I'm trying to do...I got the slip for the Porsche Caymen and have stuck w/ that. It's not too bad of a car either
