the only one that seems remotely possible is the lightnig yellow and even still its not very likely. sea blue will NEVER happen because american blue version was green version in japan. pokemon yellow was a sales gimmick to rake in more money to go along with the tv show. while yellow was cerainly much harder than the other ones, it wasn't as fun as the other 2 originals.
